Have you ever felt like you weren’t improving at all in your sport?

I have, and I spent a long time trying to get through it until I stumbled across an amazing discovery.

My name is Josiah Brady, and I am aspiring to be a really great basketball player. Basketball has always been one of my favorite sports. I remember being given my first kids’ basketball and hoop at the age of 6, and ever since my dad taught me the sport, I knew that it was something that I would never grow tired of.

However, sometime during my early twenties, I felt like I had hit a plateau in terms of improving my vertical jump. Any basketball guru knows that increasing the height of your vertical jump can do absolute wonders for your game. And so you can probably understand how frustrated I was with myself. I practiced 2 hours each day, and yet my jump never seemed to improve. I was hitting a steady 40 inches all the time, and I was getting tired of seeing the same number everyday. I felt like my dream of becoming a star baller was wasting away.

But when I discovered Jump Manual, I felt a fresh wave of hope. Not only did this guide help me increase my vertical jump by an additional 10 inches, I also felt more motivated to keep getting good at my game and watching out for myself on and off-court.
